Provides individuals with the neccesary communication skills to use when talking or working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Individuals can use their knowledge on global competence to help address complex problems domestically and internationally.
Diversity & Inclusion
Individuals recognize the importance of creating content that is inclusive of every person no matter their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or reglious beliefs.
Promoting global competence amoung the youth
As a global competence advocate, I want to provide minority students with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and understanding of different cultures through language immersion, culture exchange, and independent research. I hope to create a business in my community, Prince George's County, Maryland, that promotes global competence amoungst the youth population.
